As promised here are the details with for the new PASTRY LIVE. We are calling it PASTRY LIVE 2.

The Two-Day Demo will explore the many techniques that go into the design and production of a chocolate showpiece. Chef Tréand will demonstrate chocolate showpiece techniques as well as his amazing chocolate air-brushing techniques that lead to the National and World Championship wins.

In the Hands on Class students will develop their chocolate showpiece skills under the guidance of Chef Treand. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a master. Class size is very limited.

Sunday March 21st and Monday March 22nd 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Cost: DEMO CLASS $120.00 Pre register before March 1st and pay only $100.00

HANDS ON CLASS

Tuesday March 23rd 10:00 – 4:00
